Fully Assembled Interior Buildings. Pre-wired panels are constructed of vinyl covered hardboard interior and exterior surfaces. Solid 3″ thick walls provide superior sound reduction and thermal control. Forkliftable floor lets you move building wherever you need it. Ships fully assembled and ready for use. Color: white interior/white exterior. Steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, vinyl covered drywall, anodized aluminum and other custom surfaces are available, call for pricing. NOTE: Windows are sold separately.

SMOKING SHELTERS

Smoking Shelters are available in enclosed styles that feature anodized aluminum frames and full-height tempered safety glass windows or open air styles with horizontal steel supports and no glass. With both styles, just unload and anchor to foundation and you have a convenient smoking shelter. Integral roof, heavy-duty structural steel components, and seamless construction offer good looks and lasting durability. Pre-punched steel footplates. Painted industrial-grade acrylic enamel finish. For outdoor use.

GUARD HOUSES AND BUILDINGS

Guard Buildings arrive completely set up. Maintenance-free anodized aluminum components. High-density, moisture-resistant OSB board walls, ceiling and floor. Includes: sliding door with laminated hookbolt, electric-specified, pre-wired in-surface mounted conduit, single phase 100 amp capacity load center, (1) 115V duplex outlet and (1) 230V outlet, and 40-, 60-, or 80-watt surface mounted light fixture (lamps not included). Accessories include: through-wall A.C. or H.V.A.C. units, wall-mounted heaters, and additional electric. Building dimensions are nominal, contact a Certifited Product Specialist for details. NOTE: Call a Certified Product Specialist to order. NOTE: Ballistic-resistant buildings from Level 1 through Level 4 are available. Pricing for a preassembled 6×6′ outdoor building with Class 3 ballistic-resistant construction would be $22,000.

Modular wall systems can be used for EDM (Electronic Discharge Machine) enclosures, CMM, laser rooms, temperature control rooms, environmental test chambers, white rooms, inspection rooms, metrology labs, and tight tolerance gauge labs. Our wall systems are non-shedding and provide a secure environment to conduct your critical functions. We will design a system that works with your parts flow process to aid in lean manufacturing capabilities and improved performance. We can also design temperature tolerances based on your specs to improve on rejection rates.

Our hardwall clean rooms are built in our facility then shipped and installed at your facility.
